Sharon’s House of Care is shared housing only. We do not provide medical care, medication management, or personal-care services. All additional services listed are optional, resident-selected, and separate from rent.

At Sharon’s House of Care, we provide safe, structured shared housing for adults who need stability, community, and a supportive environment while maintaining their independence. We are not a medical or assisted-living facility, and residents keep full control over their income and personal choices. Below you’ll find our housing rates and the optional services residents may choose based on their needs and budget. Final rates vary based on room size, layout, and availability.

Optional Meal Plan

Basic Meal Plan – $150/month Includes 2 home-cooked dinners per week
Standard Meal Plan – $275/month Includes one home-cooked dinner every day.
Extra Meal Bundle – $65 Includes 10 additional meals Residents may purchase this bundle anytime for extra dinners beyond their plan.
Optional Personal Care Services
Residents have optional access to on-site grooming services, including haircuts, at their own discretion. These services are separate from housing and not required for residency..
Care Kit
Each member receives a hygiene package as often as needed. Our care kits include essentials such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shave gel, razor, deodorant, comb, brush, lip balm, facecloth, hand sanitizer, tissues, nail clippers, hair ties, and feminine hygiene products.
On-Site Laundry
Clean clothes can make a big difference in health and confidence. Our members have access to an on-site laundry room, with laundry supplies provided whenever needed.

Transportation
Our homes are conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy and affordable for our members to get where they need to go on their own schedule.

Social Events
We believe community and joy are essential to healing. Weekly game nights, monthly gatherings with family and friends, and outings to day habilitation centers give members opportunities to connect, have fun, and build supportive relationships.
Stay Connected
High-speed Wi-Fi and cable are included, giving members the ability to stay connected with family, access resources, or relax with entertainment.
